NOVACT opens a call for an external final evaluation of the project A7MINA! Strengthening the role of Palestinian youth as human rights defenders and in the prevention of gender-based violence in vulnerable communities of the West Bank.
The evaluation will focus on assessing the project’s impact in strengthening youth leadership, promoting human rights and addressing gender-based violence in complex and restrictive contexts. Particular attention will be paid to the role of innovative methodologies —including social arts and digital tools— as well as to the project’s contribution to nonviolent conflict transformation.
The assignment is expected to run for approximately 14 weeks, starting in April 2026, and will cover both field and digital components of the intervention. The total budget available for this evaluation is €9,000 (taxes included).
We are looking for a team with proven experience in evaluating international cooperation projects, strong knowledge of the Palestinian context, and a solid background in gender and human rights-based approaches. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, while Spanish is considered an asset.
The deadline to submit applications is 1 April 2026. Proposals must include a technical and financial offer, as well as the CVs of the evaluation team.
